HonorHealth is committed to the health and well-being of our staff, caregivers and their families. On this site you’ll find additional support resources to help you through this time, both personally and professionally.

Employees can stay connected by visiting the HonorHub COVID-19 resource page to read the latest HonorHealth leadership and clinical updates. You can also log onto the Staff Member Self Service portal (UltiPro) from any device, this is accessible outside of the HonorHealth network. On the homepage, you’ll be able to read critical COVID-19 updates and watch video updates from our leaders.

Childcare & Eldercare

We understand that childcare and eldercare resources are limited right now. Here is a list of resources and organizations that you can reach out to for assistance. 

Shea Bright Horizons Day Care: Call 480-323-4630 to reserve a spot. Mention you're an HonorHealth employee. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 6 a.m.- 8 p.m. It's located on the HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center campus at 10028 N. 92nd St. Please note: There is limited availability for children ages 3-12.

Desert Mission Lincoln Learning Center: For children ages 3-12 who are fully potty trained. Siblings have priority if one is already enrolled. HonorHealth employees qualify

Meals

HonorHealth Meal Program and Marketplace: The Food Services teams at each of our campuses are doing everything they can to support our clinical staff by making sure they have food available to take home. Some of our medical centers are expanding marketplace offerings, and some are launching meal programs where employees can purchase a meal for their family. For details about the specific meal program at your location, please contact the Food Services Director at your campus. 

HonorHealth Desert Mission Food Bank: The food bank is open and serving families in our community. The Desert Mission Food Bank offers several free and reduced cost options. HonorHealth employees can stop by the food bank between 9 a.m.- 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. HonorHealth employees will only need to show their employee badge. Free Mobile Market Bags

To assist you and your families during this time, the HonorHealth Desert Mission Food Bank will be hosting several Mobile drive through and walk up Markets over the next few weeks.

All HonorHealth and NOAH employees are encouraged to stop by their closest medical center and pick up a FREE “food as medicine” Mobile Market bag!

Each bag will contain recipes and a variety of shelf-stable food items including bread, pasta, canned vegetables, rice, fruit, potatoes and more. Simply show your badge to claim your bag. First come, first served. Limit of one bag per household/employee.

If you would like a family member to pick up a bag on your behalf, they must show a picture of your employee badge. If you’re unable to pick up a bag at the Mobile Market, all HonorHealth employees are invited to stop by the Desert Mission Food Bank (9229 N. Fourth St., Phoenix, AZ 85020) between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday through Friday and pick up a FREE food bag whenever you may need one.

HonorHealth is here to support your physical and mental health. Here are some resources and tips to  help you and your family stay healthy during this time.

HonorHealth Caregiver Support Line - 480-587-6500

If you are experiencing distress and would like support and access to resources during this stressful time, please call 480-587-6500. It is confidential and will be answered by a trained volunteer colleague who are ready to provide peer support to you between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.; 7 days a week.

Reasons to reach out might include: Anxiety, depression, feelings of vulnerability regarding past addictive behaviors, and/or if you’re simply feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

Financial Assistance

If you're experiencing a financial crisis, HonorHealth has the following resources available to help you during this time of crisis. 

  • Employee Emergency Crisis Fund: Employees who, due to a recent event or condition beyond their control, do not have the financial resources to cover expense related to basic needs such as housing costs, utilities or vehicle payments/insurance, may apply for emergency financial relief. HR Shared Services

HonorHealth employees can access additional HR resources by visiting the HR Shared Services Portal in ServiceNow. Or you can call 480-587-5111 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, for assistance and information on the following:

Chaplains at each campus are providing tea and snacks, and most importantly,

Mask Up Arizona

Wearing a mask helps prevent the spread of COVID-19. HonorHealth is joining other healthcare organizations across the state to launch the Mask Up Arizona campaign to encourage Arizonans to protect each other. Let’s lead by example!

What you can do:

  • Wear a mask when out in the community and at work. Click here to purchase a HonorHealth face mask. 
  • Share HonorHealth’s social posts about the Mask Up Arizona campaign so other people in your network see the message. #MaskUpAZ
  • Encourage your family and friends to also don a mask while they are out in the community.

Healthy habits you can practice

  1. Wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds. When soap and water are unavailable, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  2. Disinfect high-touch surfaces often.
  3. Don’t touch your eyes, mouth, and face.
  4. Avoid close contact with others. The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
  5. Look for symptoms two to 14 days after exposure. This includes coughing, fever, or shortness of breath. Call your doctor for next steps if you experience symptoms.

St. Mary's Food Bank: The food bank remains open during this time and continues to provide food to individuals in the community. Effective Monday, April 13, hours for the distribution centers will be Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Learn more...

for the 30% subsidy toward fees. On average, the daily subsidized rate is approximately $31/day. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 5:45 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. Call 602-943-3731 to reserve care. You will need to provide the child’s immunization record. Lincoln Learning Center is located on the John C. Lincoln Medical Center campus. Limited availability is available.

Arizona Lullaby Guild: Offers in-home care, all hours, up to seven days a week. The cost for 1-2 children is approximately $15/hr with a four hour minimum and $7 travel charge. Visit their website for more information.
