Where we stand

2025 RESULTS

Supporting well-being

Through LIFT, we’re expanding peer support, enhancing leadership development opportunities and hosting more social events. The Medical Group is also expanding CME and PTO benefits to support work-life balance.

Improving communication

We’re launching HonorHealth Medical Focus, a centralized website built around the needs of physicians and APPs. We’re also requiring email updates during recredentialing to improve outreach.

Reducing administrative burden

We’re improving practice efficiency by rolling out ambient listening technology, implementing AI-assisted chart reviews and testing augmented response technology (ART) to help reduce Epic In Basket workload.

Advancing professional growth

We’re introducing annual evaluations built around an APP-specific performance framework and developing standardized onboarding and mentorship resources to support career development.

Strengthening leadership partnerships

We’re integrating APP leaders into localized dyad leadership models to promote shared decision-making, strengthen collaboration and improve alignment.

Fostering safety and trust

Through The Honor Way, we’re implementing high-reliability organization (HRO) principles, increasing transparency, promoting psychological safety and using event analysis to drive continuous improvement.
